a mediocre dreamer

p.eug performed his first baptism/confirmation today AND gave his first benediction. i couldn't help but watch him as he raised his arms up to bless the congregation. he had a big smile on his face. then i was so happy to congratulate all the ppl who got baptized/confirmed. jahndee and esther started to cry, but it was the sweet kind of crying.

i ordered a full rack of ribs for the first time ever last night when the officers took p.eug to dinner. the restaurant was called hungry hunter, which initially made me imagine some ghetto beef market but actually turned out to be a pretty classy place. slum couldn't stop commenting on how pampered he felt. i should take him out more often. i think i love watching p.eug eat considering how finnicky he really is. we held our meeting there too and got done in 1 hour what could have taken two. it was great. i love our little team.

i forgot to mention some stuff in the last post so i'm putting it here for my own memory:
talk with kimi, sharon, and jane about boys.
sang's unbelievabley hilarious use of sydney as a baby puppet (praise songs, martial arts, and cheerleading).
good talk with sang and kimi about anything from boob implants to movies.
susan's beavis laugh.
